Scott Millin was born in 1968, the second of three children to Paul and Betty Millin. He spent his childhood living in Rowley and Tewksbury, Massachusetts, and is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island.
Scott has spent his life as many things: campaign manager, wage surveyor, housing inspector, stay-at-home dad, milkman and bookkeeper. He has merged his passion for ordinary people and writing in his first published work, a collection of short stories titled, The Ordinary Lives of Others. Scott and his wife Debbie have two children, Caroline and Danny and reside in North Chelmsford, Massachusetts.
